When To Wash

How To Wash

Make sure you rinse your hair completely; if you don’t rinse all of the shampoo out, your scalp may feel itchy and dry. Finally, avoid brushing your hair until it is dry. Because your hair is wet, the roots are soft and can more easily pull out.

You can protect your hair from exposure in a variety of ways. As many know, heat can be damaging to your hair. One way men can avoid excessive heat on their hair is by using cooler water in the shower. You can also shield your hair from the sun, wind, and rain. Both your hair and your scalp require extra moisturizing from time to time. Using conditioner helps keep your hair looking great, but it is not meant for your scalp. When using conditioner, apply it about two inches below the roots of your hair. Sometimes extra help is needed.
