No-Show & Late Policy

First, let me thank all of our loyal customers. We truly appreciate your support. Over the past year we have seen a rise in the amount of no show and late clients. As a smaller barber shop, our stylists and barbers personal and professional income is based solely upon the barber services provided to you, our clients. We do our best to provide excellent service and consistency every time, but when a client is late it can impact their service and possibly other clients with appointments after yours. We ask when making an appointment that you do your best to

      • keep your appointment
      • and be on time.

While we understand that circumstances may arise that will require a possible cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment, the following policies are in place to ensure that we can accommodate all of our valued clients as efficiently and effectively as possible given the limited amount of available appointments per week.

Cancellations/Late Appointments

At least 2-hour advanced notice is required for any appointment cancellations. The online booking service will allow you to cancel your appointment as necessary. Plus, you can call our salon at 404-481-5368 to ask the front desk to cancel your appointment. Failure to cancel your appointment will result in a NO-SHOW which financially hurts your stylist/ barber’s income for the day. A 2-hour notice gives us the ability to fill that appointment time with another client.

After a 2nd No-show – to book your appointment you must add a credit card on file to guarantee your stylist will be paid for her/ his time in case you have another No-show. You will be charged 50% of the service value for any no-show thereafter. If you do not wish to put your credit card on file, then you can choose to try our “walk in” service. Walk-in service does not guarantee an appointment that day since our team’s schedules fill up due to many clients’ pre-bookings. We want to respect and thank all those clients that are on time, every time!

Late appointments will only be given 10 minutes after their scheduled time to show, after the 10 minutes is up you will be marked as a No-Show. Please see the No-Show policy above. We must enforce these policies so we can be respectful of the next client’s appointment. We understand Atlanta traffic can be a nightmare so please make sure you give yourself plenty of time to get to our salon.
